What is Sun Synchronized Eating?

Oversimplified (Mother Nature has a few exceptions to her rules to keep us on our toes) …

Eat foods that grow higher than 4 feet in the morning.

Eat them for breakfast and brunch between 12:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon (11 1/2 hours of morning food).

Prime Time for breakfast is 7:00-9:00 a.m. Practitioners of Chinese Medicine call this Stomach Time.

Prime Time for brunch is 9:00-11:00 a.m. — Spleen-Pancreas Time.

Eat foods that grow from 4 inches to 4 feet at midday.

Eat them for lunch and snacks between 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (7 1/2 hours of midday food).

Prime Time for lunch is 1:00-3:00 p.m. — Small Intestine Time.

Prime Time for an afternoon snack is 3:00-5:00 p.m. — Urinary Bladder Time.

Eat foods that grow lower than 4 inches and underground or underwater at night. 

Eat them for dinner and snacks between 6:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (6 1/2 hours of evening food).

Prime Time for dinner is 7:00-9:00 p.m. — Circulation-Sex Time.

Prime Time for a nighttime dessert is 9:00-11:00 p.m. — Triple Heater Time.

Dessert? What fruits grow lower than 4 inches?

We just encountered one of Mother Nature’s few exceptions to her rules.

Due to something called CAM metabolism (crassulacean acid metabolism), fruits such as pineapple, cactus pears, and dragon fruit are nighttime fruits.

    WHEN is the best time to eat foods high in oxalic acid?

    In the morning, when the blood is most VISCOUS (most likely to clot).

    Maybe after getting the Milken jab or a booster?

    More people are born at LUNG TIME and more people die then too.

    At 3:00-5:00 a.m., atmospheric nitrogen peroxide and nitric anhydride are highest till both these nitrogen radicals are utterly destroyed (photolyzed) by the RED spectrum of light at the first rays of dawn.

    Skywaves (skip) from the electrically charged ionosphere are appreciably involved at the so-called “witching hour.”

    We’re shovel-it-in-our-mouth-ivores.

    One of my therapist buddies has smokers suck on a baby pacifier to help break the tobacco cigarette habit.

    Smoking is caused by a Cognitive Trigger Event. Resolve it and there’s no need to smoke.

    Native Americans smoke because of their GRIEF over their sacred hunting lands being stolen from under their feet and their food supply being deliberately exterminated to starve them to death.
