“The whole key is slowing your brain down to the rhythm of the heart. Then all those things will be known to you through direct knowledge. You have to stick with it, to find out for sure in maybe 20, 30 years, but will be glad you did.”

“The hardening of the heart has always been the worst sin. The softening of the heart, quieting the heart, is the diminishing of the heart rhythm to samadhi or oneness or homeostasis or the remission of a problem.”

“A distribution function and a monitoring function are the heart’s contribution to health.”

“The crystallization process is associated with the heart. Red regulates clotting.”

“Country-western music is music for the heart chakra. Classical music is positive, rock & roll is negative, and country-western is neutral.”

“Meditation at Pericardium Time leads to a bigger appetite. You don’t get upset easily, and you desire to read and research. British diplomats use 7:00 p.m. to make other diplomats make concessions.”

“Take damiana for the pericardium.”

“Use the EHP point for a heart attack.”

“What your heart is to your body, what your brain is to your body, the Life Stress Point is to your psychic and emotional life.”

“A heart attack at Heart Time is caused by excess carbon dioxide. A heart attack at Gall Bladder Time is caused by excess oxygen.”

“A perfect heart transplant dies from kidney failure. Heart transplant patients have usually already had other surgeries from gall bladder, colon, or kidney problems.”

“Chromium dioxide is needed for a heart transplant. Chromium is in cranberries, dioxide is in grapes. Drink Cranberry Nectar.”

“Take ruthenium for a good heart, then there’s no need for a transplant. Ruthenium will lock into another mineral, like Ruth in the Bible, like a woman in a marriage ceremony. Ruthenium is in cloves. Eat cloves with pumpkin pie.”

The EHP point is the Emergency Heart Point, a reflexology point near the Diaphragm Point on the sole of the left foot.

Thomas Andrew wrote way back in 1842 …

“The pericardium or heart bag adheres to the diaphragm, pleura, and the veins and great arteries going to and from the heart, and is a membranous bag or sac surrounding or containing the heart. It is furnished with arteries, veins, and nerves, and in addition to the high office of surrounding and defending the heart, it secretes a fluid which lubricates it, and thus prevents friction, &c., and other injuries to which it would be exposed to if denuded of the covering; indeed, there are instances in which it has been awanting. It is often the seat of disease.”

Why is soda pop bad for the bones?

It’s not the phosphorus ~they~ tell you it is.

    It’s the carbon dioxide.

PS: Many heart attacks are DEATH BY SELTZER. Don’t forget to yawn.

Just like CO2 carved out a 4,000-foot long, 625-foot wide, 255-foot high LIMESTONE cavern at Carlsbad Caverns.

And it’s only the seventh-largest limestone chamber in the world.

Clean the liver. It connects to the anal sphincters via the portal vein.

The portal vein drains the muscles of the rectum and anus.

Liver cleansing is well covered in the four volumes of Butterflies Need No Taxidermist.
