Sun Synchronized Eating is the Rhythm Method of Nourishment.

Tree-Vine-Root Eating is Feng Shui Reflexology Eating.

It’s been around for thousands of years, but reached its pinnacle in the 1970s and 1980s thanks to the vision of Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty).

Sun Synchronized Science is Environmental Reflexology set to music — sound and light interacting in time.

It’s the only nutritional protocol where you make an appointment with what you eat — What you eat When is more important than just What you eat.

It’s based on the 24-hour day — from 3:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., not midnight to midnight.

According to Swami Nitty-Gritty …

“There are three ways to self-realization. Number one, you can eat foods on time. That’s Solar Nutrition. Number two, you can travel around the world as a tourist. Or, number three, you can sit down and close your eyes and meditate.”

The Solar Clock is pie-chart time management.

An electron changes its orbit when the geometry of the orbit changes.

The orbital geometry is shaped by angular momentum, NOT energy.

Solar Nutrition is also based on angular momentum, NOT energy.

“The recent discovery that the circadian pacemaker (suprachiasmatic nucleus) plays a crucial role in generating fractal patterns in motor activity and heart rate sheds an entirely new light on both fractal control networks and the function of this master circadian clock, and builds a bridge between the fields of circadian biology and fractal physiology.”

According to Swami Nitty-Gritty (and related to the above) …

“Creation can’t take away our freedom of individuality. All consistency to uniform patterning will break you down.”

Someone informed Swami Nitty-Gritty, “I and the Father are one.”

“Let’s go get a cup of coffee,” he rejoined. “You and the Father can be one later.”

    Loving your recent blog posts!

Do you have any book recommendations on the subject of breathing?

    Thanks!

So far I haven’t found a single book to endorse.

Until I do, maybe you can start with the Monastic Breath …

Meditation coordinates the brain’s hemispheres, which are themselves responsible for coordinating many bodily activities.

The brain is the throne of consciousness, but the King (oxygen) resides in the nose.

How do you do the Monastic Breath technique?

Inhale in the right nostril to the count of seven.

Hold the breath in for the count of seven.

Exhale out the left nostril to the count of seven.

Hold the breath out to the count of seven.

Inhale in the left nostril to the count of seven.

Hold the breath in to the count of seven.

Exhale out the right nostril to the count of seven.

Hold the breath for the count of seven.

Continue as long as desired or necessary (as the case may be).

The Monastic Breath is also therapeutic, helpful for achieving and maintaining high-level wellness.

      According to Swami Nitty-Gritty…

“The rotation cleansing breath is for bronchitis and asthma. Tap the chest while doing the alternate therapeutic breathing.”

Birth starts with the breath at Lung Time (3:00-5:00 a.m.).

Next is the meconium at Large Intestine Time (5:00-7:00 a.m.).

Then comes food at Stomach Time (7:00-9:00 a.m.)

Other birth times eventually cycle into this pattern.

Travelling as a tourist for enlightenment, how does that work?

    • August 12, 2016 @ 6:09 pm Atom

It takes a lot of traveling to overcome the suprachiasmatic nucleus.

Basically, the idea is to switch up Time Zones as much as possible without getting “jet lag.”

It didn’t work for world traveler Lowell Thomas, who was one of the first (maybe the first) to be diagnosed with “jet lag” in 1963.
