Walnuts in the morning would be the single food for Growth Zone 1 of the body, pumpkin seeds at midday for Growth Zone 2, and yams at night for Growth Zone 3.
But 99% of the info about the ratio between omega-3 and omega-6 oils is bogus.
What the long-lived people of the world’s Blue Zones eat contradicts what today’s “experts” are claiming (including the Okinawan diet).

Second best is to eat morning fruits in the evening.
The body gets less out of time that way.
