Whatever happened to our Aquarian friend, Jonathan Dune?
He went on many a Road Trip with Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty), often driving his own car.

He let me copy some of his Swami Nitty-Gritty notes in November, 1986.
Here are some of the highlights …

The manner of living is more important than the standard of living.
Be = Existence
I = Consciousness
Me = Experience
Be = no geometry; total inclusive one part of identity you can’t get rid of; will not condemn I.
I = individuality; very specific, makes sure no other geometry will step in front of it.
Me = the funny fellow in all of us called Me-mory, reminding I and Be that Joy is in Me — it is the monitor.
Be, I, Me, are always acting as One — immortal.
God is the combination of all three in the unified field — they all have one purpose = Go(o)dness.
But Be, I, and Me don’t exist without = T-Ouch!
Without T-Ouch! there is no Love.
So, Love does T-Ouch! Without T-Ouch! there is no growth = Pain.
The Pain is essential to develop Immunity (Divinity).
Overcome the Me by going through with it.
Be is useless without I or Me — Me needing Love more.
Be guarantees I about Me.
Misguided decisions are made by I, punishing Me, and the anguish is in the Be.
Karma is the mirror called Me = Memory.

A healthy mammal takes 12 seconds to defecate.
If you’re sitting on the throne thumbing through last month’s magazines, you have a problem that Houston can’t fix.
