Each of the 12 2-hour BioPeak Organ Times of the Lung, Large Intestine, Stomach, Spleen-Pancreas, Heart, Small Intestine, Urinary Bladder, Kidney, Circulation-Sex, Triple Heater, Gall Bladder, and Liver meridians is polarized beginning with …

(1) one hour of “assimilation” and concluding with

(2) one hour of “elimination.”

We don’t reallybreathe out of both nostrils at the same time.

(1) The ascending absorption function of a meridian associates with the first of the 2 hours of any of the 12 BioPeak Organ Times.

Anyone synchronized to the environmental field (a function of the Fourth Chakra) will switch their breathing from the left nostril to the rightone at the beginning of the first hour of any of the BioPeak Organ Times – the left nostril congests, i.e., swells and obstructs, whereas the right nostril decongests, i.e., opens up.

(2) The descending elimination function of a meridian associates with the second of the 2 hours of any of the 12 BioPeak Organ Times.

Anyone synchronized to the environmental field will switch their breathing from the right nostril to the left one at the beginning of the second hour of any of the BioPeak Organ Times – now the right nostril congests whereas the left nostril decongests.

The dominant nostril usually corresponds to the dominant hand.

The left nostril activates the intellect and the right nostril activates the intuition.

Fat-soluble vitamins tend to trigger right-brain activity, whereas water-soluble ones trigger left-brain activity.

A bilateral gait seems to help the absorption of both fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins.

A same-side (ipsilateral) gait overstimulates the brain’s dominant hemisphere, causing adrenal chemicalization and cortisol imbalance.

Calibrating nostrils plays a crucial role when couples practice Tantra Yoga.

It adds a pivotalextra dimension to “breathing together”during consort practice.

Adding a piece of lepidolite (lithium mica) to a nebulizer, and using it at Lung Time (3:00-5:00 am) was one of Swami Nitty-Gritty’s techniques.

We automatically do “alternate nostril breathing” without (usually) being aware of it, and it can be “tampered with” to gain Yogic “abilities.”

    To sum it up:

Each _first_ hour of the Organ Time is assimilation, right nostril and, Left brain activity and intuition.

Each _second_ hour of an Organ Time is elimination, left nostril, Right hemisphere and intellect. Correct?

Atom, is there some good ways to promote elimination of mucus and inflamation from the right tonsil and right ear? I know it is morning foods, but foods like nuts are known to increase kapha and mucus? What is you thoughts on olives?

I have heard on several occasions that chronic ear infections are in fact caused by fungus. What is a good and systemic way to eliminate fungus from the ear and sinuses?

    Thanks,

Right-side traumas are always (99% of the time) female in origin.

Fungus, including Candida, can compromise immunity.

Time-Conscious Eating is one way to balance gut flora related to immunity.

Umeboshi plums and tamarind for breakfast help regulate immunity – too much is just as much of a problem as too little.
