Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“The thumb is neutral, the index finger is negative, the middle finger is positive, the ring finger is negative, and the little finger is positive. The thumb should be used on the anterior of the body, and the fingers on the posterior. The thumb should be higher than the other fingers, and the thumb should be closest to the Sonic Zone.”

If you’re a Reflexologist or an Acupressurist who doesn’t know about “bridge circuits,” maybe it’s time to hang out at Atom’s School of Self-Healing.

A bipolar contact (“bridge circuit”) is accomplished by simultaneously holding two reflex points in two different reflexology Zones.

A tripolar contact holds three reflex points in three different reflexology Zones.

A thumb pressing the kidney reflex and an index finger on the bladder reflex is an example of a bipolar contact bridging the kidney and bladder reflexes on the foot.

Using the thumb and the middle finger leads to a different result.

The builder’s square is a model of the human hand, and the 90-degree separation between the thumb and index finger represents the “Rings-Pass-Not,” the division between the unmanifest and the manifest.

The builder’s square is also called the”carpenter’s square” or the “Mason’s square.”

It’s a symbol of integrity and justice.

Walter Sorell (The Story of the Human Hand, 1967) wrote …

“The thumb is the power that nature bestowed on man. It is power incarnate, the only finger fed by man’s subconscious and the only one to represent total freedom from everything to which it is tied.”

Adano said …

“You can bite your thumb or poke a finger under the bridge of your nose to remain conscious.”

Adano once saved his own life by biting his thumb as hard as he could to keep from passing out.

It was on June 22, 1955, after he fell off the roof of a three-story building in Montreal, Canada.

Adano claimed Yogananda pushed him off the roof to prove that, “Like it or not, we all survive our own decent burials.”

He was given a choice of CONTINUANCE in a known body with many broken bones or in an unknown body starting again from scratch.

Is using black pepper “always” NO, or would using black pepper to enhance the bioavailability of the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric, (curcumin) to spice ones eggs in the evening, a YES or a MAYBE?

Using cayenne pepper to increase the bioavailability of turmeric or to spice your eggs is a higher choice.

Black pepper is less harmful if strained through a teabag.

However, MAYBE is relevant for therapeutic purposes. :)

thank you for the reflexology charts!

since removing my wisdom teeth my hip joints and spine have been declining. ı presume it’s quıte a no no doing that?

would you ever recommend getting ımplants? i serıously want that muscular support back.

    • January 19, 2014 @ 8:11 pm atomb

I let a dentist talk me into removing all my wisdom teeth back in the mid-seventies.

      I learned to regret it.

Implants will make the problem worse.

Working around the situation with reflexology and nutrition is a higher choice. :)
