Think In Order To Do
Re: Would you please describe in as much detail as possible Greg Whiteley’s method of affirmations? I’ve heard you mention it, but I cannot recall the “method.”
Greg Whiteley’s method is an upgraded version of older techniques.
No more than seven affirmations a day should be done.
<>
Here’s how one of those seven is written …
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.
You, Joe Jones, are a winner.
You, Joe Jones, are a winner.
You, Joe Jones, are a winner.
Joe Jones is a winner.
Joe Jones is a winner.
Joe Jones is a winner.
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.
I, Joe Jones, am a winner.

Do each affirmation for a minimum of one week, then do a Muscle Response Test.
If the Muscle Response Test holds, move on to another affirmation.
If it doesn’t hold, repeat the affirmation for a minimum of one week.
Continue until the Muscle Response Test is positive.

Greg Whiteley has been writing seven affirmations every day for over 30 years.
It’s paid off BIG TIME for him as well as his friends at Aquarian Lifestyles Research and Divine Spark Productions.

According to Greg Whiteley …
“Do you ever talk to yourself? Well, that proves that there is a self. Most people have a phantom community in their head. […] If you can’t control your thoughts, then you should be dissociated and medicated. You learn to discipline your cognitive process. You are the thinker of your thoughts. Only the thinker is real. The thoughts are virtual, but they become real. Flow is when your thinking is harmonious with all the world around you. That’s creativity. You’re not supposed to be thinking all the time. You think in order to do something.”

Sciatica is activated by financial trauma.
Yawning and stretching help.
Pinching the heels of the feet help.
Massaging the heel cords (Achilles tendons) also helps.

50% of all liver fatalities are caused by acetaminophen — 25% suicides and 25% “normal dosage.” Sources: Time, Forbes, etc.
And acetaminophen is responsible for more Reye’s syndrome cases than aspirin.

Low on magnesium? Eat more salt (sodium chloride).
We use Diamond Crystal Pure & Natural Kosher Salt.
Best to avoid “pure kosher salt” that contains cyanide.

The 3th Period of the Periodic Table includes SODIUM (11), MAGNESIUM (12), SULFUR (16), and CHLORINE (17).
Sodium and chlorine are ANABOLIC, and magnesium and sulfur are CATABOLIC.
The Periodic Table is The House That Jack Built — the mother of nutritive chains.

According to Ray Peat …
“Getting enough sodium in the diet helps to retain magnesium, but both of them are lost easily when thyroid function is low; when the thyroid status is good, the requirement for magnesium is easily met by ordinary foods.”
