Eat three meals a day according to Growth Period.

Eat tree foods in the morning, vine and grass foods at midday, and root foods at night.

As a general rule (Dame Nature relishes loopholes) …

1) Eat Growth Zone 1 foods that thrive at four feet or higher in the MORNING.

2) Eat Growth Zone 2 foods that thrive between four inches and four feet at MIDDAY.

3) Eat Growth Zone 3 foods that thrive at four inches or below in the EVENING.

1) Growth Zone 1 foods target the Motor Colon — colic valve, appendix, cecum, and ascending colon.

2) Growth Zone 2 foods target the Movable Colon — hepatic flexure, transverse colon, and splenic flexure.

3) Growth Zone 3 foods target the Water Colon — descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum.

Most folks have a dropped transverse colon due to dietary misdemeanors and felonies (Standard American Diet, etc.).

Jogging on hard surfaces is another way to drop the transverse colon.

    Excess weight is excess cellular pressurization.

    Run cool water over an empty quart-sized mayo jar until both the water and the jar are the same temperature.

    Fill the jar one inch deep with water.

    Shake the jar.

    Nothing happens.

    Run the hot water for 30 seconds, and fill the jar again one inch deep with water.

    Shake the jar.

    Something happens — WHOOOOOSSSHHH!

    The water didn’t expand — the gas did.

    You can learn more about weight loss and gain by studying meteorology instead of chemistry.
