Tomato juice and molasses is a midday (Zone 2) tonic supplying iron and vitamin C for both the liver and small intestine when taken at Small Intestine Time (1:00-3:00 pm).

My mother was diagnosed with liver cancer in 1983, and, in a matter of months, her stool turned completely white.

Her appetite disappeared, and colonic therapy didn’t help.

I phoned Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley) for help.

He told me to give my mom tomato juice and molasses at Small Intestine Time.

I did, and her bowel movement returned to its normal color within 24 hours.

Her M.D. was puzzled.

He thought my mom only had a few days leftto live, but here she was, in his office, vastly improved.

“Maybe the tests were wrong,” he pondered. “This isn’t acting like liver cancer. I’m going to rerun the tests.”

The new tests confirmed the original diagnosis of liver cancer, and the doctor stayed puzzled.

When my mom was finally dying of congestive heart failure, he told me, “Your mother should have been dead months ago. I was beginning to think she was immortal.”

Since Dr. E. Forsgren in 1928 – 83 years ago – it’s been known that the liver’s maximum anabolic phase occurs at 2:00 am – in the middle of Liver Time, and its maximum catabolic phase occurs at 2:00 pm – in the middle of Small Intestine Time.

The liver’s GLYCOGEN deposition peaks at 2:00 am, and drops to its nadir at 2:00 pm.

The liver’s BILE production peaks at 2:00 pm, and drops to its nadir at 2:00 am.

The circadian glycogen and biliary cycles are 12 hours opposite in time.

Small Intestine Time (1:00-3:00 pm) can alternately be called Liver Biliary Time, and …

Liver Time (1:00-3:00 am) can alternately be called Liver Glycogen Time (and growth hormone time).

Note to bodybuilders: A nap at Small Intestine Time (Siesta Time in many parts of the world) can supercharge your Liver Time growth hormone production.

It’s not your highest choice to eat during Liver Time if you’re seeking maximum muscle growth and strength.
