Total Acid-Alkaline Values

Over-acidity grows. Over-alkalinity metastasizes.

Duality refers to total acid-alkaline values.

When a plant is rated as acid or alkaline, the SAP is nearly irrelevant. Same goes for BLOOD in a human being.

Breathe slowly. More carbon dioxide and more relaxation.

Breathe more slowly. Meditation.

Breathe even more slowly. Hibernation.

Breathe slowest. COMA (the Zen of Acidity).

Breathe quickly. More oxygen and more focusing.

Breathe more quickly. Over-focusing (seeing the trees but not the forest).

Breathe even more quickly. Unmanageable mental tension.

Breathe quickest. TETANY (the Zen of Alkalinity).

Eating causes an alkaline tide

It can last for up to two hours, depending how acidic your meal was.

Frequent snacking creates extended alkalinity … and a tendency to calcium oxalate urinary stones.

Human beings might be disorganized, but the Cosmic Creation has been as orderly as the CIA’s file cabinet millennia before the Nameless Realm of Wonders birthed Midnight-Eternity.

The daily rhythm between acid and alkaline, the balance in a healthy individual.
Morning we wake up slightly acidic.
Daytime we become more alkaline because of breathing more oxygen and eating.
Evening we should be slightly alkaline.
Nighttime our body breathes more deeply and becomes more acidic.
Do I have the cycle correct?

That’s the cycle. We breathe more *slowly* during the evening, causing carbon dioxide to help acidify us.

Oxygen during the day alkalizes us.

For most people, 4:00 a.m. is max acidity and 4:00 p.m. is max alkalinity.

Irregular sleep times blunt the cycle, but it still stays in the background.

The cycle is environmental, so our individual cycle can interfere with it, but never truly shut it down.
