Nope. They work separately and independently. E vitamers are not Communists.

Tocotrienols are toxic, especially to the liver.

Is that why tocopherols are ubiquitous, and Ma Nature uses tocotrienols so sparingly?

Biotechnologists are already making extensive plans (genetically and financially) to substitute tocotrienols for tocopherols in both plants and animals.

That’s why the propaganda I’m rebutting is coming from an organization dedicated to biotechnology and transhumanism, the Life Extension Foundation, publisher of Life Extension magazine.

The only “bad” form of cholesterol is oxidized cholesterol. Just ask 101-year-old lipid expert Fred Kummerow.

Then why is alpha-tocopherol the most predominant form of vitamin E in almonds?

    It’s claimed by mainstream medical “experts” that age spots “can’t be cured, but treatment may help.”

    Age spots are a symptom of Yellow Fat Disease and CAN be cured.

    When you cook an egg, does the heat oxidize the cholesterol?

      Cooking is an oxidizng process.

      The good news is that a healthy body has oxidizing outdoing antioxidizing about fifty to one.

      When things even up (one to one), it’s called cancer, largely an antioxidant process.

      85 percent of the cholesterol in the blood is made inside the body, and doesn’t come from an outside source. :)

    What about the “Tocopheryl acetate”? I can get that relatively cheap, but is it good for oral intake?

      Tocopheryl acetate seems to be just as bioavailable as other forms of vitamin E, and may be gentler on the gastrointestinal tract. :)

      It’s also used in sunscreens because it stands up to UV damage better than other forms.

        Thanks :) I found a local laboratory who delivers basic substances to people or small companies who make cosmetics, and vitamin E in the form of tocopheryl acetate is very cheap (a lot cheaper than vit E pills in pharmacies).
        People use it to add it to the creams and lotions. I’ll try few drops (3 is a good odd number) in the noon time with my launch, and I’ll let you know how is going in the next few months :)
