Wake Up & Smell the Biotech DHA
Follow the money, and the money is in gene-splicing.
Call anything organic, no matter what, and a hippie will never suss out that it’s being manufactured by a biotech company.
What’s true for a hippie goes double for a yuppie.
According to JC Biotech …
“Docosahexaenoic Acid is an omega-3 fatty acid that is a primary structural component of the human brain and retina. It is essential for the growth and functional development of the brain in infants. It is produced by the process of fermentation from marine microalgae Schizochytrium sp.”
According to Algallio Biotech …
“One of the major building blocks of the brain, the omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is critical for optimal brain health and function at all ages of life. Researchers are now finding that DHA provides brain-boosting benefits in infants and aging adults.”
According to Progress Biotech …
“Progress Biotech is a Dutch company, focussing on high quality biotech products for food, nutraceutical and pharma applications. At present our focus is biotechnologically produced Omega 3, DHA products, originating from the widely accepted algae species Schizochytrium. The dried algae are produced in China and imported to the EU. We import the FAMI-QS certified dried algae into the European market exclusively from Huison Biotech Ltd, in Xiamen P.R. of China. The production facilities and production management, are all certified under the required international ISO and FAMI-QS standards.”
According to AK Biotech …
“DHA 85% TG is a clear liquid tuna oil with a very light fish odor. Concentration for this product has DHA not less than 85%. Health claims for this product are as follows: pre- & postnatal health, cognitive health, good for eye health, brain development, stabilized nervous tissue, improvement in eyesight, the prevention of ocular diseases and the prevention of atopic dermatitis.”
According to Sinomega Biotech Engineering …
“Fish oil concentrated products of many EPA/DHA combinations can be made per customers’ requirement.”
According to Vedan Biotechnology …
“Our DHA, produced from algae, is a vegetarian source of docosahexaenoic acid. DHA is a long-chain polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid and is important for brain, eye and heart health throughout the lifecycle. DHA has several applications including infant formulas, products for pregnant and nursing women, food and beverage products and dietary supplements.”
The above was only a small sampling of a very extensive list.
Just in case Ma Nature doesn’t want to cooperate in force-feeding DHA directly into the brain, Big Biotech found a solution 20 years ago.
Karen Young Kreeger (“Blood-Brain Barrier Booming As A Source Of New Biotechnology Research Challenges,” The Scientist, Sept. 16, 1996 …
“The technology that Neuromedica is banking on relies on DHA, a fatty acid that naturally occurs in the human brain. ‘This delivery system takes advantage of intrinsic receptor-mediated transport across the blood-brain barrier,’ explains Webb. Shashoua started research on this technique more than 10 years ago while at Harvard Medical School..”

Photon energy (independent from radiation intensity) was once divided into three wavelength-frequency categories.
1) Actinic Rays (Chemical Rays) = ultraviolet radiation
2) Luminous Rays – visual light.
3) Thermal Rays (Heat Rays) = infrared radiation

“Flies which fed upon sorbitol as a major food subtrate excreted bacteria which were able to synthesize sorbose from sorbitol. Using the bacteria, within a few days, it was possible to create 50 grams of sorbose using this method, and it was then easy to synthesise ascorbic acid from this.”
