Chemtrails are weather modification via the First Chakra – simple toxic chemical weather manipulation.

The war corporatists of the military-industrial complex also use the Third Chakra to manipulate weather on multiple gradations – at microscale, mesoscale, and synoptic scales.

An example of extreme microscale manipulation is assassination by affecting the air in a PK target’s lungs.

An example of synoptic manipulation is the combined effect of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita in 2005.

Katrina and Rita, by the way, were aimed elsewhere by war corporatists, but a rogue member of the Legion of Dynamic Discord (an Initiate of the Golden Apple of Discord) redirected this tropical cyclone to hit the oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.

Is it only an “accident” that the combined effects of Katrina and Rita destroyed 109 oil rigs?

All five branches of the military – based on the five Tattvas (“thatnesses”) like the five departments of the CIA, the five departments of the Executive Branch, the geometrical design of the Pentagon, etc.) – have been investigating telekinesis for decades.

A PK Target is euphemistically defined as “the intended receiving point or focusing area of psychokinetic energy.”

The war corporatists have been using magnetite in an attempt to supercharge telekinesis. (It might or might not work.)

Weather manipulation’s benign paradigm is known by Maharishi University of Management butt-bouncers as the Maharishi Effect, a proprietary version of the Butterfly Effect.

Esoteric lower-mental technologies like Kundalini and Sahaja Yoga – not to be confused with the Sahaja Yoga of Kabir (1440-1518) – are capable of manipulating the Coriolis force.

Sahaja Yoga is effective only when a meditator can affect contiguous barometric pressure, indicated by feeling a cool breeze on the back of his hands and on the top of his head – two evidences of lower-mental “Kundalini awakening.”

Wikipedia inadvertently describes the Butterfly Effect – and the I Ching Effect – in its article on the “Coriolis effect” …
