Weight Gain Is a Defense Response

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“There’s no such thing as weight gain or weight loss. It’s all constriction or dilation.”

<>

Excess gas was the downfall of Adano’s cousin Cecelia.

Her tombstone said …

Fart Free, Fart Free / Wherever You May Be / For That Was the Death Of Cecilia Ley

“I gained thirty pounds in a month,” a woman told me.

“I started to gain weight right after I fell down the stairs,” she continued.

She injured her RIGHT hip in the fall — a female Engram (Cognitive Shock).

Male Engrams are on the left. Female Engrams are on the right.

I Body Dowsed her, and found that the “accident” happened while her son was on his honeymoon.

She resented her new daughter-in-law, and swelled up in self-defense.

The Hunger Hormone (ghrelin) and Satiety Hormone (leptin) belong to the immune system.

In other words, weight gain and weight loss are immune reactions.

Weight optimization is High-Level Wellness and Super-Immunity.

<>

Cholesterol interacts with ghrelin and leptin, protecting against SHOCK.

It also protects against MINI-SHOCKS, those little annoyances and irritations encountered every day.

<>

Emanuel Revici, M.D. (Research in Physiopathology As Basis Of Guided Chemotherapy–With Special Application to Cancer, 1961) wrote …

“In animals injected with cholesterol and then submitted to trauma in the Noble-Collip drum, shock was prevented. Injection of cholesterol prior to the experiment reduced mortality to zero while in untreated controls mortality was high. A similar but less constant effect was obtained when cholesterol was administered immediately after trauma. It is noteworthy that in animals injected with cholesterol before being placed in the drum, the blood not only did not become abnormally black but the usual bleeding from the nose, mouth and paws(if not taped during the trauma) was abnormally bright red.”

Regarding weight gain and loss, don’t think about pounds of weight.

    Think about foot-pounds of pressure.

If you put a gallon of air on a scale (in a weightless container), it weighs ZERO POUNDS.

The air in a large living room would weigh approximately 100 pounds if it wasn’t for its BUOYANCY offsetting its weight.

On a scale (in a weightless container), the same 100 pounds of air weighs ZERO POUNDS.

A pufferfish defends itself by inflating its stomach with foot-pounds of water or air.

A cell — especially a fat cell — is a tiny stomach that can do the same thing.

Red and blue are concepts, not colors.

Most people are Prism-ers of Linear Color (Color Spectrum) instead of Masters of Quantum Color (Color Wheel).

The Escape Pod leaves at Lung Time (3:00-5:00 a.m.) every single day.

If weight loss is constriction and gain dilation….then if I am too skinny, relaxing (dilating) would help me gain weight?

Relax to gain structural weight, not residual weight.

It’s the Perry Rader (1909-1991) old-school bodybuilding method — one intense workout a week to gain weight.

He went from 128 pounds to 210 in a year or so (focusing on high-rep squats).

      Recovery is relaxation for super-compensation.

Casey Viator (1951-2013), on the other hand, gained more residual than structural weight.

Is sodium or salt highly related to weight gain or loss in your opinion. For instance the tomato juice molasses tonic would normally be high sodium. Though It helps the heart and blood so the pros out way the cons. Most processed food say in a buffet style restaurant is high in salt.

Sodium through the mouth has little effect on weight gain, and actually contributes to weight loss.

Sodium through injury is a major contributor to weight gain — sodium is forced into the cell and combined with water to form cellular vacuoles.

Shock, burns, and paralysis act like injury to cause weight gain, pallor, listlessness, and mental confusion.

Sodium’s proper home is Period 3 of the Periodic Table of the Elements.

Potassium’s proper home is Period 4.

When sodium is driven into Period 4, it forces potassium into Period 3, causing hyperkalemia (potassium poisoning) in response to hyponatremia.
