Why Do We Need These Charts?
Time Machine —> Here’s an excerpt from a journal I kept while going to the Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences.

Satsang (Fellowship with Truth).
Margaret Berry showed two movies about Master Charan Singh.
One, directed by Griff Ruggles, depicted a Bandara at the Dera Baba Jamail Singh in the Punjab.
The other movie, filmed in London, was a lecture by Charan Singh.

Adano Ley related the story of a bandit who cried tears of blood after he decapitated one of Buddha’s disciples.
The bandit meditated in a cave for many years, and eventually transformed into the physical disciple of the slain holy man.
<>
Adano’s comment on remembrance of past lives …
“Many of us are ready for total recall, but few of us are prepared for it.”

I hitchhiked home from work with a zany Englishman in a little blue sports car.
I explained how reflex therapy influences the biomagnetic field.
“Of course,” he grinned, “I don’t believe any of that. I don’t disbelieve it either. That’s how things are REALIZED.”
<> Thursday, February 24, 1977 <>
I had mung bean vermicelli and vegetables smothered in tomato sauce for lunch — compliments of Steve “Cosmo” Spinoza.

Clinic from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m.
Margaret assigned me research on the geometric, functional, and reflexive relationship between the brain, ear, kidney, and embryo.
I drifted off on an inquisitve tangent upon discovery of a flagellum-equipped single-cell creature called Eugenia.
Classified as a primitive animal, it produces its own food by photosynthesis.
<>
Gary Ludwig read me Einstein’s explanation of relativity (quoted in Gay Gaer Luce’s 1973 book, Body Time) …
“When you sit with a nice girl for two hours you think it’s only a minute. But when you sit on a hot stove for a minute you think it’s two hours.”
<>
I noticed the motivational sign displayed in out classroom …
“Don’t worry if you work hard and your rewards are few … REMEMBER the mighty OAK was once a NUT like you.”
<> Friday, February 25, 1977 <>
Clinic from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m.
Adano and I shared a late supper (leftovers from the TCRS supper).
Adano held forth on …
the effect of sodium chloride on biosonics
genetic shock as the origin of sickle cell anemia
energy generation via laughter or tears
and so on and on and on
He correlated the geometric ration of Noah’s Ark and Old Ironsides (USS Constitution) with the human body.
<>
I asked, “If all knowledge is within, why do we need these charts?”
Frustrated, i indicated the classroom’s numerous acupuncture and anatomy charts.
Adano replied, “Sri Yukteswar said, ‘Don’t throw away your maps till you get there.’ Nitty-Gritty says, ‘Don’t throw away your maps WHEN you get there — you may not want to stay!”

Re: Scurvey is the cause of cardiovascular disease.
Scurvy IS a factor … and supplemental vitamin C can unfortunately make scurvy worse.
Many health problems would be solved if more people ate a dextrinized baked potato with their evening meal (or even *for* their evening meal).

My buddy, the Leather Tiger, ex-Marine George Adams, visited Swami Nitty-Gritty’s Karma Clinic in Houston, Texas.
His legs were swollen with edema.
Swami Nitty-Gritty did some preliminary work on George in a recliner chair.
Then he instructed me to hold George’s feet.
He told me to push George’s toes in the direction of his head — foot dorsiflexion, like taking your foot off a gas pedal.
He told me to gently push George’s toes together — foot inversion, the opposite of Charlie Chaplin toes-out foot eversion.
He encouraged George to yawn and stretch.
George’s legs shrunk down to normal in five or ten minutes.
Blood pressure is measured in terms of hydraulics, but hydraulic pressure (liquid pressure) is subordinate to pneumatic pressure (gas pressure).
A DWV (drain-waste-vent) system uses a stack vent (stink pipe) to maintain neutral pressure in a plumbing system.
This DWV mechanism prevents high pressure in a drainage system — as it does in your human body.
There’s only two stink pipes to vent gas out of your body — your mouth and your anus.
According to Swami Nitty-Gritty …
“The body could’ve come with a hinged toenail to let the pressure out, but a surgical de-clenching release valve is impractical because the blood would escape by gravity flow. It’s more practical to yawn and fart and burp.”
Kriya Yoga includes fancy yawning — yawning with a Ph.D.

40 miles of bad road (aging biomarkers) can be reversed, but it takes time & timing to do so. STRESS and SOCIAL CLASS are probably the top predictors of aging.
Obesity and smoking are major factors.
Mind Reading For the Millions could flip the script when it comes to longevity. Help us go viral.

Mind Reading for the Millions is the new name for Body Dowsing.
Body Dowsing is not radiesthesia dowsing).
And it’s not “dowsing” the body. It’s reading the MIND (especially the unconscious below-surface part of the iceberg).
