Re: Can blood pressure be reduced?

1) Find out “who’s the matter.”

One of my friends traded jobs and her high blood pressure returned to normal.

Her doctor refused to believe she had dumped her meds, and accused her of getting them with another doctor’s prescription.

2) Yawn and stretch as much as possible.

High blood pressure has to have an escape valve, like the safety-valve in a tea kettle.

Pneumatic pressure controls hydraulic pressure, rarely the other way around.

That’s why Yogis almost always have low blood pressure (as low as 60 over 20).

3) Massage the bottom of the feet.

Important blood pressure points are located on the soles of the feet.

4) Watch fish in an aquarium.

This is good for a blood pressure drop of at least five points.

Obviously, if a person has nightmares about fish, this won’t work.

5) The cool colors (blue, indigo, violet) tend to reduce blood pressure.

This won’t work if a person has a color engram association with a selected color.

    Could my slow breathing be “the breath coming in too late?” Or is that different thing?

    What about low blood pressure? If you had depression then you would have low blood pressure. So slowing your breath wouldn’t be good! But breathing exercises feel so good for depression/anxiety!?
