Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) recognized the interrelatedness of COLOR and TEMPERATURE, a fact anyone can verify by placing a thermometer under a variety of color filters in the presence of sunlight.
Sunlight can pass completely through a block of ice without melting it.
The trouble doesn’t begin till sunlight’s specific color frequencies – red through violet – are stopped.
The cell’s constituents are mostly COLORLESS, otherwise the cell’s chemical unsaturation of biocolorants would lead to a greater degree of chemical reactivity and an increase in temperature and entropy – HEAT DEATH.
An analogous entropic situation occurs in Earth’s biosphere, which smashes YELLOW solar photons into INFRARED heat photons 20 times lower in energy but 20 times greater in number with 20 times as much entropy.
This entropic and catabolic photon-multiplication process maintains life on our planet at a high price!
The ancients called solar radiation the “perpetual beheading of the Sun.”

Color is THERMAL DEATH.

Note that color-FREE is not the same as color-LESS, just as breath-FREE is not the same as breath-LESS.
I’m not saying, “Don’t enjoy color.” How can one NOT enjoy color?
