Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“Accelerate the consciousness with respiration. A person in Delta breathes through their bones.”

A hibernating bear recycles its bone calcium.

Rachel Nowak (“Bear bones hint at treatment for osteoporosis,” New Scientist, Nov. 29, 2003) wrote ..

“Hibernating bears have a unique ability to stop their bones from degenerating during long periods of inactivity, a finding that is stimulating the search for new treatments for osteoporosis.”

Adano said …

“The hibernation breath ratio is one inhalation and one exhalation per minute, a 60 over 20 blood pressure.”

100 over 60 is the optimum blood pressure when not hibernating.

Jeffrey Kluger (“Blowing a Gasket,” Time, Dec. 6, 2004) wrote …

… the “average pressure for average height” boys of nine years old is 100 over 60 and of girls is 100 over 59. The average pressure for boys one year old is 85 over 37 and of girls is 86 over 40.

Adano said …

“The will to live is a hydronitrogenous action. The total volitional movement of the cells is at your control in the Delta state.”

The smallest hydronitrogen is ammonia (NH3).

Ammonia is regulated by the quantity (input) and quality (“wetness”) of water.

The more water you drink, the more ammonia is excreted – the Way of the SPERM.

The less water you drink, the more ammonia is converted to urea – the Way of the OVUM.

Ammonia is represented by the PYRAMID in alchemy and sacred geometry.

Ammonia’s three hydrogen atoms form the pyramid’s base.

Nitrogen is its capstone.

Thanks to nitrogen and MOLYBDENUM, the pyramid can turn upside down in the twinkling of an eye.

(Too little or too much molybdenum results in gout.)

“Inferring geometry is being in non-Delta. There is no illusion in audition, but there is in optics.”

Ditto COLOR.

EXPRESS 35 is the HOV Lane to Delta.

Adano said …

“Express 35 is the journey from tailbone to headbone.

“The spine is the altar of God and the endocrine glands are the altar candles.

“A meditator should be able to listen intensely enough to hear the spinal fluid’s movement.

“The calcium in the spinal fluid produces music like a keyboard as it travels up and down the vertebrae.

“Directing breathing into the spine causes a thermocouple reaction in body air conditioning.

“The inhalation-contraction breath works at the atomic level, breaking an atom of oxygen in your spine.

“The real temple is your body, and the real worship is internal silence.

“Be like a needle pointing north all the time.

“Let the identity of yourself stay in the center of your forehead.

“When you look inside, you can travel at the speed of light squared.

“Outside, the fastest you can travel is the speed of light.

“Delta level is the speed of light.”

THE OMEGA BRAIN WAVE IS THE SPEED OF LIGHT SQUARED.

Loving all the emphasis of late on breath and it’s relationship to delta and heightened awareness/evolved consciousness.

It’s easy to forget about the importance of respiration (from a meditator’s perspective)- but it can take us so far…lest we forget!

    Thanks Atom!

The secret of breathing is in the PAUSE – one after inhalation and one after exhalation. :)

Conscious respiration involves four phases – inhale … pause … exhale … pause … etc.

Swami Nitty-Gritty put it, “Eternity is the actionless action. Pause in breath adds to heightened increased immunity and dominion over the environment.”

    Hi Atom,

i was wondering if you can elaborate more on vitamin D supplementation?? i follow what your saying but i just bought a really good Multi! and it has 1000iu of the following:

(Vitamin D3 from lanolin from sheered sheep’s wool- cholecalciferol)

i got it the same day i saw your post on the dangers of Vitamin D. so i want to take it but….i’m confused..it’s part of the multi and your telling me it is death in a pill.
also, on the subject of say “OCD” for instance and engram clearing, can you do it over the phone or must it be in person?
Thanks for all the info, bloody hard to keep up with it all:)

      (1) 1,000 IU a day of vitamin D is too much.

More than 800 IU daily starts to remove calcium from bone.

      (2) Lanolin irradiated in a laboratory is different from lanolin irradiated in sunlight.

Laboratory-irradiated vitamin D is apt to be toxiferol or, due to the presence of heat and oxygen, sura-sterols or ergosterol.

I’ll cover vitamin D more thoroughly in future blog entries.

If I forget, remind me. :)

    Hi Atom,

I’ve listened to a few of the interviews you’ve done with Patrick Timpone. Thanks for all the knowledge you share. I’m slowly starting to focus on the timing of foods. I also wondered about the impact of the mustard family on the thyroid. Mustards are included among goitrogens, but they also have a significant amount of iodine (especially water cress). Do they come out somewhat neutral in terms of their effect of the thyroid?

If someone seems to need quite a bit of hydrochloric acid, do you have any recommendations? I know you’ve spoken about almonds to set the stomach for acid production, but would that be more for a “normochlorhydric” person?

Thanks for any response. I have no idea if you get swamped with questions.

I prefer to think of goitrogens as thyroid regulators and iodine oversight agents instead of thyroid suppressants and iodine blockers.

Eating goitrogens in moderation and IN TIME – and cooking and even overcooking some of them – solves the problem.

Watercress is best eaten raw or the Korean way of submerging it in boiling water for three seconds.

To be on the super-safe side, eat black walnuts with avocado or coconut for breakfast, butter or any time-appropriate saturated fat for lunch, and sea vegetables with anchovies, sardines, or herring for dinner.

Hydrochloric acid can be generated by wearing orange or yellow clothes – unless you have a TRAUMA with either color.

Orange traumas are sexual, and yellow traumas involve choices (or lack of them) and education (or wrong education or lack of education).

Sunlight and fresh air increase hydrochloric acid. Darkness suppresses its formation.

Annoyance dilutes hydrochloric acid with bile sucked up from the duodenum.

There’s always the time-tested Edgar Cayce standby for generating stomach acid by eating half a salted lemon and going for a mile walk, then salting the other half of the lemon and eating it.

This technique should be done at least an hour before breakfast and preferably two hours before.
