    Atom, it’s the strawberry season! When is the time to eat it? What is it good for?

    How can I charge my memory with positive thoughts better than with negative? I guess the best way is to be conscious of it and always catch yourself on bad thoughts and transform them in good ones. Do you know more exotic ways ?

      The oxalic acid in strawberries helps prevent tooth decay.

      Strawberries are best eaten at Small Intestine Time (1:00-3:00 pm) or Urinary Bladder Time (3:00-5:00 pm),

    I will share an idea I use for teeth beauty. I am sure Atom will have some cool things as well. I interviewed an old time dentist, Gerrard Judd, long ago. he taught in dental school. He told me glycerin in toothpaste inhibits the teeth from re mineralization. he was a scientist and always believed him for some reason and have not used toothpaste with glycerin ever since.

    On the whiting idea. He suggested I grind up some pure chalk, making sure there are no chemicals in the chalk, in a mortar and pestle. And simply take a soft cotton cloth, wet the cloth, dip it in the fine chalk powder and gently clean the surface of the tooth. Magic.

    And if you notice, virtually every toothpaste available has chalk as an ingredient. Unfortunately virtually every toothpaste out there has glycerin and many with other unwanted tag alongs like fluoride.

    I am looking forward to Atom’s ideas on this as well.

      Glycerin is anabolic and calcium is catabolic.

      It’s possible for them to soften tooth enamel when combined.

      Glycerin plus calcium can also make teeth fireproof, but I personally don’t see the advantage!

      Chewing on calcium lozenges prevents enamel loss.

      Here’s one tooth remineralizer …

      Eat Monterrey jack, Swiss, or aged cheddar cheese with a clove of garlic and a slice of red onion at 6:15 pm, holding the mixture in your mouth as long as possible, and don’t rinse your mouth for at least 45 minutes.

      6:15 pm is near the middle of Kidney Time (5:00-7:00 pm), and kidney health is related to bone and tooth health.

      Japanese researchers have already grown teeth “from scratch” using bioengineered tooth buds grown in a medium of kidney cells.

    I had been having teeth problems and felt that kidneys were being affected too. Now that you tell about the relationship, I believe everyone with chronic kidney issues aught to have their teeth revised by the specialists referred by Patrick. In particular, __root canal’ed teeth__ need to __professionally__ extracted and jaw-bone __cavitations__ cleaned. I can’t stress it strong enough, much, much suffering can be avoided if people addressed teeth more seriously!

    People out there, sell your cars and iPhones and go fix you teeth ASAP!

    Atom, Patrick I think you should emphasize the teeth health in your future interviews. No other organ in the body for people in our society gets operated with surgical tools and drills from the age of 3! Why is it such an “Achiles heal”? It must be the sugar age, right?

      Yes, and the reverse is even more important …

      Everyone with chronic teeth issues ought to have their kidneys revised by eating the Chronobiotic Nutrition way and by cultivating both their Post-Heaven and Pre-Heaven Qi.

      We’re designed to grow a third set of teeth at 72 revolutions around the Sun, but only one in approximately 500,000 does.
