Red Light Rejuvenation
Incandescent red light photo-rejuvenation works better than red laser or LED lights for wound and burn healing, skin rejuvenation, mitochondrial and collagen stimulation, acne, rosacea, poison remediation, etc.
Broad spectrum red light therapy is the highest choice (570-1,300 nanometers) … 250-watt incandescent red heat lamp bulb.
Vibrant Gal and I prefer the GE bulb over the Philips bulb. The red paint melted off the Philips bulb.
570-1,300 nanometers mixes yellow, orange, red, deep red, and near infrared radiation for maximum coverage.
Specific frequencies are too limited, and laser light even more so.
Red light therapy can be counterproductive if a person has a “red trauma.”
Re: How do you clear a red trauma?
Clearing a Red Trauma means mastering Change and Transformation.
One way to begin is by putting the color Red “In Flow” by physically and/or psychologically exposing yourself to Black, Gray, Brown, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet, and White, in sequential order.
According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …
Life Mastery of the color red is the ability to play multiple roles — Criminal, Victim, Policeman, Lawyer, Prosecutor, Judge, etc.
Most people get stuck in a lifelong role, or “persona.”
George Gurdjieff called it “personality,” and compared it to “essence.”

What is the easiest way to identify the red trauma (besides mind hacking)? Do you cycle through the colors and see which one give a weird sensation or feeling? Or are there some good questions to ask oneself?

Color Trauma Analysis is another tool in the toolbox. I usually just ask something similar to, “Let me ask you a crazy question. What color do you think of when you think of that accident?” Sometimes I follow up with, “What’s the predominant color of the clothes in your closet? And what color is not in your closet?” Color and Magnetism share the same Endocrine Level (think aurora borealis!), so someone will be magnetically attracted to a color for SEDATION or magnetically repelled by a color for NEGATION. Muscle Response Testing (largely a psychological process) is another way to back up your findings.
