“What about their risk of heart disease? It turns out to be a myth so often repeated it just became an unsupported truth. A 2003 paper published by a highly experienced, highly published scientist at the National Institute of Public Health in Greenland, written with his colleagues from Canada, documents many autopsy studies and clinical observations and studies proving that heart disease existed among the Inuit. In fact, in 1940 the ‘father of epidemiology’ in Greenland, [Alfred] Bertelsen, noted heart disease to be quite common, perhaps even more interesting given the young age of the population. He based this on clinical experience and medical officer reports going back for many decades. All told, the 2003 paper found ‘the hypothesis that mortality from ischemic heart disease is low among the Inuit compared with western populations insufficiently founded.’ Further, ‘…a general statement that mortality from cardiovascular disease is high among the Inuit seems more warranted than the opposite.'”

Have you considered the possibilty that eating a lot of meat, fish, and un-processed fat is healthy for some people, but not for others?
Have you considered the parallel possibility that eating a lot of beans, grains, and legumes is healthy for some people, but not for others?

Considering that is what I’m mostly about.
Urine with a pH of 8.6 is just as healthy as urine with a pH of 6.4.

As a very general rule, urine should be acidic when waking up in the morning, and alkaline before going to bed at night.
When urine pH stays the same all day and night, it’s an indicator of disease.
The body rebuilds and regenerates during the night while sleeping when breathing and metabolism slow down.
Movement and exercise during the day partake of the energy gained at night, breaking down tissue for its nightly rebuilding and regeneration.
Sleeping during the day and working at night interferes with this daily process to a greater or lesser degree.

Urine is waste being removed from the body so would always be acidic surely?
Why would it ever be alkaline, surely then you are pissing your bones (alkaline) out?

Urine pH isn’t an indicator of what happens in most of the rest of the body.
According to the Times of India (Jul. 7, 2021) …
“It may come as a surprise but it is important for our bones too as 50 percent of our bones are protein in terms of volume. Good quality protein intake prevents ageing. The hair, nails and skin are mainly made of protein, and its deficiency can lead to brittle nails and hair fall. It can also cause edema.”
Edema is an over-alkaline syndrome.

“Bone growth and turnover results from the coordinated activities of two key cell types. Bone matrix is deposited and mineralised by osteoblasts and it is resorbed by osteoclasts, multinucleate cells that excavate pits on bone surfaces. It has been known since the early 20th century that systemic acidosis causes depletion of the skeleton, an effect assumed to result from physico-chemical dissolution of bone mineral. However, our own work has shown that resorption pit formation by cultured osteoclasts was absolutely dependent on extracellular acidification; these cells are inactive at pH levels above about 7.3 and show maximum stimulation at a pH of about 6.9.”
The acetic acid in vinegar kills microbes and inhibits food spoilage.
