Fatty acids and sterols are the master control governors of pH.

Fatty acids are usually catabolic – entropic, homotropic – and make the body more alkaline.

Sterols are usually anabolic – negentropic, heterotropic – and make the body more acidic.

The optimum give-and-take oscillatory equilibrium between fatty acids and sterols produces a COLLOID – electrostatic and quantum forces alternately and rhythmically fulfilled.

Yin and Yang are in a continuous crosscurrent of FLUX and FLOW.

Fatty acids are the body’s natural version of chemotherapy and radiation.
