Sun Synchronized Science doesn’t deny the germ research of Louis Pasteur (1822-1895).

But it prefers the more comprehensive terrain research of Antoine Bechamp (1816-1908).

Dr. Bechamp concluded that the body’s environment, the terrain, is “everything.”

Decades before the Pasteur/Bechamp debate, Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843) warned us against wasting “the vital juices [terrain] and powers [vital force] by emetics, perennial scourings out of the bowels, warm baths, diaphoretics or salivation;” nor shedding “the life’s blood,” nor tormenting and weakening “with painful appliances;” nor, “in place of curing patients, suffering from diseases,” rendering them “incurable by the addition of new, chronic medicinal maladies by means of the prolonged use of wrong, powerful medicines of unknown qualities.”

Dr. Bechamp boldly announced, “The primary cause of disease is in us, always in us.”

Sun Synchronized Science adds the actions of time (duration) and timing (synchronicity) to the matrix of terrain …

“The timing of the terrain is everything every time.”

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“The timing of the daily events of your life is the proof that Creative Consciousness is directing your existence.”

A friend of mine is researching immune system boosters to protect folks from ebola.

She heard recently that selenium is a key mineral nutrient for this purpose. I passed along what you reported on one of your interviews with Patrick, that freshly shelled Brazil nuts are the best food source for selenium. Did I get it right that you (of course) recommended eating your nut between 7 and 9 am, to shell it and eat it immediately, since the selenium is primarily found in the thin, dark skin covering the nutmeat and it dissipates (or would evanesce be the more specific term?) within 30 seconds? And that 1 of these per day supplies all you need per day?

By the way, nuts.com sells 1 lb. bags of Brazil nuts in shell for 6.99 per bag plus shipping. Quality is very good, with only about 1 clunker every other week.

Your interviews with Patrick and your book helped me tremendously in balancing digestion, assimilation and metabolism. Many thanks for sharing the joy of your work! Sandy

The selenium content remains the same after shelling.

The difference depends on the soil.

Shelled and unshelled Brazil nuts were once shipped from different areas, but this might not be true today.

Selenium poisonings have occurred from overindulgence in Brazil nuts.

Yes, the ideal time for Brazil nuts is during Stomach Time (7:00-9:00 a.m.).

Thanks for the link, Sandy! :)

Thank you for this and for the song, I’ve been thinking about this for a long time.
Can you help me how to exit “groundhog day” I live for so many years?
I’ve tried to change my position, my answers to same situation, to learn, to adapt… but everything stays the same. Same situations, types of people, same problems.

Few weeks ago I did yawning and stretching, then meditation, and I felt so good and free so I went out in the park for a walk. It was a lovely warm day, I did my breathing exercises and I was so happy walking very fast.. until my shoelace got mixed with my other shoe and like in cartoon I flew in the air with my legs tied together.
In one moment I stopped the time to position myself better, just few degrees to the left (I can do that when my mind is “out” just my instinct. Don’t ask me how, I don’t know:) ). And then I fell hitting my left leg, left hip, left elbow… and as grand finale I hit my nose so hard that I had violet bruise for two weeks.
I finally sat and started to laugh because it was the best jump I ever made, but not in the water, right into the concrete park path.
Is it possible that male or male trauma won’t let me or I won’t let “him” go so hard that “he” is capable to beat me or hit my nose just to be back?
I can not remember any male conflict anymore, old lovers, friends… everything is fine, forgotten, doesn’t matter for a long time…

But I really want to get out that Groundhog day…

Re: I really want to get out that Groundhog Day.

The knowledge that you’re stuck in Groundhog Day means you’re closer to escaping the time-loop than the average person.

It’s important to know if your current male friends are fulfilling the experiences of your past.

Yes, you’re right. It is always the same man, same character, same condition. My response is different, but the outcome is the same.
And yes, you were right too, it comes from a parent, my mother.
But if I choosed her to be my mother so I could live some situations beside her or those kind of man it all comes to that old dilemma – is there a such a thing as a free will or we have a free will to chose destiny before we are born…
If you haven’t already watch Predestination film, it could be interesting :)

According to Swami Nitty-Gritty, life is unreeling, not evolving.

In other words, we’re just watching a movie.

He said, “In a chess game between two chess masters, the one who makes the first move wins. In a fight between two martial arts masters, the one who makes the first move loses.”

I live my life philosophically like there’s no free will and practically like I have total free will. :)

funny about the baths. i love taking warm baths in my tub, but lately i’ve had this notion that it drains me of water soluble nutrients by osmosis, like me and the tub are literally the same body of water.

and selenium usually has a way to improve my mood and general outlook on things. i remember reading that t3 causes euphoria and in my experience this is true. however, i can’t seem to find the quote again.

Hot baths can cause various problems, including weakness and dizziness.

It’s dangerous to bathe a baby in any water hotter than body temperature.

Of course, it goes without saying that alcohol and hot baths don’t mix.

yeah, i watch the temperature these days. as a kid i got a vertiguous flush rising out of the tub semi-daily.

i just read your post mentioning soup versus spark neurology. could this explain some of the perceived benefits of ormus and the platinum group metals? using it on a regular basis i remember my senses and depth of general (also introspective) experience was greatly deepened. i also seemed to eat less and have much more drive plus focus, even physical strength and stamina.

too bad it’s so expensive or i’d adorn myself in platinum jewelry. get that super charge on :)

Metals like platinum and palladium are strongly affected by strong UV radiation (like the radiation found in sunlight).

Modern mainstream science ignores the extracurricular activities of many “nonessential” elements.

Sir Jagadis Chandra Bose (Response in the Living and Non-Living, 1902) wrote …

“If after mounting a wire in a cell filled with water, it be set aside for too long a time, I have sometimes noticed that it undergoes a certain modification, owing to which its response ceases to be normal and becomes reversed in sign. I have obtained this effect with various metals, for instance lead and tin, and even with the chemically inactive substance – platinum.”
