Author, Steven Rochlitz, PhD believes, as his books title indicates, that Porphyria may be the “ultimate cause” of both some common, chronic health problems, and also the near epidemic of food and environmental chemical sensitivity and the fatigue and fibromyalgia syndromes. It is probably also a factor in those who have been poisoned such as in the Gulf Wars, or the 9/11 responders who have gotten chronically ill. Poprhyria may well be “the last piece of the puzzle” for many people with chronic illnesss and or environmental illness.
