Amy Tyler, N.D.

Amy Tyler, ND (naturopathic doctor) received her Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. After working as an engineer for several years, she decided to pursue her passion for natural health, which led her to obtain a doctorate degree in naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle.

Amy is a frequent co-host of the Good News Health Radio Show with Bill Swail, RPh, of Austin’s beloved Peoples Rx Pharmacy. She frequently teaches classes to the public on topics such a hormone balance, allergies, and nutrition, and she enjoys her new role as a corporate wellness consultant. As an advocate for increased healthcare choices and the growth of the naturopathic profession, she serves as Secretary of the Texas Association of Naturopathic Doctors and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Believing in the therapeutic value of spending time outside in nature, Amy can be found hiking, running, biking, and swimming (okay, dog-paddling!) around Austin on a daily basis. She thoroughly enjoys helping her clients reach their health goals so that they may live their lives to the fullest!
