twenty five years and bings a simple, pure approach for our utilizing
and embracing the Declaration as the Supreme Law of The Land and The
USC as a contract with the “hired help” as he calls them, the USG.

    The “unanimous Declaration” was overthrown and relegated to an historical artifact in 1781 with the ratification of the Articles of Confederation.
    The AoC in turn was overthrown by nine states, later by the three remaining stragglers, in 1789 with its ratification. It as well became an historical artifact of no legal significance.
    Then the US Constitution was overthrown by military force in 1861-65 and kept up as “window dressing” to be used to dupe the people into believing that it somehow orders and restrains the “United State,” an empire headquartered on N. America and spread worldwide.
    When the USC is useful to keeping the riff-raff deceived and subservient in their fantasy that their collective will means more than to the ruling oligarchy, it doesn’t stand in the way of the will of the rulers.
    I haven’t a clue as to whether we Southron riff-raff would have been better off ruled by a Southron ruling oligarchy. But so much for the declared “self-determination of peoples.”

      Untrue. The DOI and AOC are “irrevocable” and for the free people. The Northwest Ordinance and Constitution apply to government and those voluntarily nexed to government not free people.

    Is this the Siegfried J. Caruthers who was called by a federal magistrate in Chattanooga 30+ years ago the most dangerous man ever to appear in his court?
    Naturally a fed will consider anyone who challenges the unconstitutional, illegal, unlawful and immoral slavery scheme “dangerous.”
    Anyone who can confiscate your labor, any portion of your labor he chooses, is your slavemaster. That he takes a percentage, whatever he chooses, as he pleases, instead of forcing you to work as he pleases, is no less your enslaver. The only way to avoid (his revenue collector goons say, “evade”) this theft, this enslavement, is to be a thief or beggar yourself…or sit down and die.
