More than twenty States in our Republic are in the process of passing resolutions invoking the power of the 10th. Amendment, which clearly lays out exactly what The Federal Government has been contracted to do in regards to the affairs of The States.

We visit with Texas Rep. Brandon Creighton, chief author of H.C.R. 50 in Texas that will put Washington on notice that Texas understands the meaning and depth of The Tenth Amendment and for the USG to not encroach on the men and women of Texas.

In the second part of this hour we talk with Michael Boldin, founder and President of Tenth Amendment Center.com. A student and a Constitutionalist, Michael gives us his analysis of what the 10th. Amendment clearly says and perspective on this growing national movement to invoke Sates Rights.
